QUESTION:  How do I look into booking a  party?

QUESTION: How do  I know the trailer can come to my house?
Our drivers are  excellent and can go nearly anywhere.  Our trailer package is 50 feet long and  needs to be placed on an area of little or no incline or decline.  Otherwise,  you can divert us to a nearby park, church or parking lot!  Please call us if  you have any questions regarding trailer placement and  location.

QUESTION: Do I need to provide power at the site?
No. Our game theater is a fully self powered unit. We have our own ultra quite generator to run all of our systems. The generator is about as loud as an idling car so it should not disturb the neighbors.

QUESTION: Do we need to supervise the party?
While parents or others are always welcome to observe or participate in the gaming it is normally not necessary, however we do ask that at least one adult/host be present to help supervise younger kids. Our game coaches are there to help the kids maximize the experience and will run the event for you.

QUESTION:  Will  the kids know what to do?
That's why we  bring our Game Coach!  He helps the kids along, inspires and instructs.  We
make  sure it's the party of the year!

QUESTION:  Do I request certain games?
We always bring the full game library to every event  and your Game Coach will listen to and make suggestions to make your event  successful. We do request that if you want "M" rated games you send us an e-mail  or list them in the comments section when booking.

QUESTION:  Should  I be concerned about the types of games for kids?
We carry a fairly comprehensive selection of the latest and most popular video games ranging from

E to M ESRB Rated Games. You are welcome to bring in any of your games from home if we do not have a particular game your child enjoys. We highly encourage video games that focus on social gaming so most of our games are multiplayer games. Some are able to be linked together for an even more competitive and social gaming experience. Check our Game List for a complete list of all the games that we offer.

In addition, please review our policy on Video Game Ratings. We fully respect and support making sure your kids are playing the rated games you selected!.

QUESTION:  What about bad weather?
We come rain,  shine, temps below freezing or over 100 degrees — we are climate controlled!  As  long as it is safe for us to drive.

QUESTION:  What time should  I make the party?
We suggest that you tell your guests that the party is  one hour or half-hour before our arrival time — that way they eat first &  they all see the grand arrival of our mobile video game  theater!

QUESTION:  What if too many  people show up to the party?  Is there an extra charge?
Certainly not!  Bring them on!  We'll keep them all having fun!

QUESTION: Do I tip  the Game Coach?
The Game Coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our  high-tech fun.  He tutors, inspires and entertains.  Tipping for service is a  great idea, but not required.

QUESTION:  Do I  have to pay for the party in advance?
Our reservations go  quickly. In order to hold your booking, you must call us to make a deposit or arrange to drop  your payment off to us.  Otherwise, your date and time is still open for booking by others.
